Earnest Money Pro was developed by Jacques Rondeau and Leonard McManaman to give home builders the ability to collect deposits in an easy and efficient manner, without costly credit/debit card fees or complicated equipment.

Jacques Rondeau
Managing Partner, Earnest Money Pro, LLC

Jacques is a managing partner of Earnest Money Pro LLC; A career real estate professional, he is a third generation homebuilder.

With almost twenty years in new home sales, his career accomplishments include being awarded Rookie of the Year, as well as Top Producer for several national homebuilders. Jacques’ performance in sales led him to prepare incoming sales representatives for success by training new hires for real-world best practices. In addition to his role as a division level sales trainer, he was chosen to host regional rollout training for community resource management (CRM) automation platforms for multiple builders across multiple states and regions.

Jacques’s community work includes sponsoring and fundraising for the Rosemount Center childhood development program through their No Child Left Behind initiative.

In addition to studying at the University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Jacques holds both an Associate degree from St. Gregory’s University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas, San Antonio.

Leonard McManaman
Managing Partner, Earnest Money Pro, LLC

Leonard McManaman is from Dallas and has lived in the DFW area most of his life. His only time away was to study Biology at the University of Texas at Austin. Following college, Leonard joined his father in real estate in 1998. Passionate about helping people, he felt that real estate was a perfect fit.

Leonard enjoys guiding clients towards their dreams of home ownership. He is a consummate professional and has helped over 1,200 families with their real estate needs. He is married to the love of his life and has two beautiful children. In his free time, Leonard is a board member of his neighborhood association, likes to travel, and most of all cheers on his kids at their sporting activities.
